Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ALENA SPINO, 31, of 734 New Harwinton Road, Torrington, was charged Dec. 27 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Dec. 27 Spino was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Spino was given a court date of Dec. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

JOHN FRUIN, 40, of 167 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 28 with criminal trespass in the second degree, burglary in the third degree and larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on Dec. 28 at approximately 9:21 a.m. officers responded to Union City Road for a burglary. Police reported Fruin entered the victim’s barn and attempted to steal motor vehicle parts. Officers arrived while Fruin was still on the scene, police reported. Fruin was given a court date of Jan. 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $25,000 non-surety bond.

KRISTINA LINTGERIS, 20, of 50 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 28 at approximately 12:26 p.m. officers responded to 30 Tudor Lane for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Lintgeris arrived at the home and began to bang on the door. Lintgeris was yelling at the victim and refused to leave, police reported. Lintgeris was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

JAQUELINE MARINGOLA, 51, of 29 Cold Spring Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 28 at approximately 6:33 p.m. officers responded to 29 Cold Spring Circle for a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Maringola flipped over a kitchen table. Maringola was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PATRICK HOLLOWAY, 23, of 503 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 29 with breach of peace and threatening.

Police reported on Dec. 29 at approximately 2:35 a.m. officers responded to 503 Spring St. for a noise complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Holloway was deliberately banging on the victim’s ceiling and yelling that he was going to harm the victim. Holloway was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

TERRENCE MCCANN, 39, of 290 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 30 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 30 at approximately 8:20 a.m. officers responded to 171 Meadow St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, McCann hit his wife with a sweatshirt. McCann was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

JESSICA MCCANN, 29, of 290 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 30 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Dec. 30 at approximately 8:20 a.m. officers responded to 171 Meadow St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, McCann slapped her husband in the head. McCann was given a court date of Dec. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

DARRIN GRANT, 46, of 77 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Dec. 30 with assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct and strangulation in the third degree.

Police reported on Dec. 30 at approximately 7:44 p.m. officers responded to 77 Cherry St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Grant punched the victim in the face and grabbed the victim by her neck. Grant left the residence prior to the officers’ arrival and was located by the officers on Church Street, police reported. He was given a court date of Dec. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.
