Naugatuck police blotter: breach of peace

DANIEL PERRELLI, 33, of 123 Windsor St., Waterbury, was charged June 6 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 6 at approximately 4:21 p.m. officers were dispatched to 151 Andrew Ave. building #5 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Perrelli and his girlfriend pushed each other. Perrelli was given a court date of June 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

ANGELA BUSCIOLANO, 41, of 150 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 6 with breach of peace.

Police reported on June 6 at approximately 4:21 p.m. officers were dispatched to 151 Andrew Ave. building #5 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Busciolano and her boyfriend pushed each other. Busciolano was given a court date of June 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANDERS JOHNSON, 37, of 83 Dorman Drive, Naugatuck, was charged June 6 with violation of probation.

Police reported on June 6 at approximately 6 p.m. Johnson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Johnson was given a court date of June 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $20,000 bond.

DARCY WALSH, 41, of 461 North Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged June 6 with breach of peace and misuse of emergency 911 system.

Police reported on June 6 at approximately 11:26 p.m. officers responded to the 461 North Spring St. unit 2E for a general complaint. Police reported Walsh called 911 several times throughout the night for non-emergency calls. When the officers arrived, police reported, Walsh was outside her residence yelling and refused to stop. Walsh was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

RAUL LIMA, 40, of 73 Lewis St., Naugatuck, was charged June 7 with larceny in the sixth degree, conspiracy at larceny in the sixth degree and violation of protective order.

Police reported on June 7 at approximately 4:57 p.m. Lima was arrested on two active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a shoplifting complaint on May 16, 2013 that occurred at Shop & Shop. The other warrant was for a violation of a protective order that occurred on May 16, 2013. Lima was with the victim in a vehicle in violation of a protective order, police reported. Lima was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total $51,500 surety bond.

XAVIAN FREEMAN, 20, of 143 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged June 7 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on June 7 at approximately 5:57 p.m. Freeman was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Freeman was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $150,000 surety bond.

MARIO MAHABEER, 35, of 25 Stanley St., Naugatuck, was charged June 7 with driving under the influence and violation in a construction/utility zone.

Police reported on June 7 at approximately 8:22 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Mahabeer was operating under the influence of alcohol. Mahabeer was given a court date of June 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CRYSTAL FOX, 30, of 68 Celentano Drive, Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on June 8 Fox was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on May 29, 2013 between boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Fox threw beer bottles at the victim. When the police arrived Fox ran into her home and refused to come out, police reported. Fox was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

THOMAS J. IWANIEC, 23, of 6 Haley Ridge Road, Beacon Falls, was charged June 8 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 2:52 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Old Waterbury Turnpike. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Iwaniec was operating under the influence of alcohol. Iwaniec was given a court date of June 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

PETER HASKELL, 28, of 49 Ward St., Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with violation of probation/conditional discharge.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 4:15 p.m. Haskell was arrested on an active arrest warrant at 49 Ward St. Haskell was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court set $10,000 surety bond.

JOSEPH GENEST, 37, of 44 Tudor Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 10:39 p.m. officers responded to 44 Tudor Lane for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument Genest threw a soda bottle against the wall, police reported. Genest was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

STACY FRANCOEUR, 41, of 266 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 11:31 p.m. officers responded to 163 Meadow St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the Francoeur and her boyfriend began to push each other. Francoeur was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM ZURAITIS, 49, of 183 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged June 8 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 8 at approximately 11:31 p.m. officers responded to 163 Meadow St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the Zuraitis and his girlfriend began to push each other. Zuraitis was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM HALL, 47, of 53 Patricia Lane, Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 5:30 p.m. Hall was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on April 28, 2013. Police reported Hall stole $100 from a family member. Hall was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

LUIS ANTONIO MUNOZ, 65, of 136 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with evading and operation of motor vehicle in violation of license classification.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 4:27 p.m. Munoz was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on May 5, 2013 in the Walmart parking lot. Police reported Munoz struck a vehicle and left the scene. Munoz was given a court date of June 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RYAN J. FORD, 22, of 63 Fairwood Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with failure to keep right and driving under the influence.

Police reported on June 9 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Ford was operating under the influence of alcohol. Ford was given a court date of June 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

NEIL CARMIGGELT, 36, of 35 Fairchild St., Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 9:06 a.m. Carmiggelt was arrested on an active arrest warrant at 35 Fairchild St. Carmiggelt was given a court date of June 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $1,000 surety bond.

ALEKSANDRA KAMINSKA, 29, of 507 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with larceny in the third degree, violation of probation/conditional discharge and criminal impersonation.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 9:31 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Bridge Street. The operator of the vehicle was wanted on two active arrest warrants, police reported. One warrant was for a stolen motor vehicle complaint made on Jan. 24, 2013. Kaminska took a family member’s vehicle without permission, police reported. The other warrant was for violation of probation. Police reported Kaminska lied to the officer about her identity. Kaminska was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $36,000 surety bond.

LAWRENCE JEFFERSON, 57, of 166 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 3:04 p.m. officers responded to 166 Prospect St. apt. 2 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Jefferson grabbed the victim by her hair and punched her. Jefferson was given a court date of June 10 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
