Police-badgeThe Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DENNIS TARMEY, 41, of 111 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with threatening and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 1:45 a.m. Tarmey turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance that occurred on Feb. 1, 2013 between husband and wife. During an argument, between husband and wife, another family member intervened. Police reported Tarmey shoved the other family member. Tarmey made threats on Facebook after the incident, police reported. Tarmey was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

PETER MARTONICK, 44, of 44 Country Hollow Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 8:11 a.m. officers responded to 44 Country Hollow Road for a disturbance. Martonick damaged a wall by punching a hole in it, police reported. Martonick was given a court date of Feb. 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

SUZANNE CHRISTIANO, 38, of 49 Hubbell Ave., Beacon Falls, was charged Feb. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 3:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a disturbance. Police reported Christiano and another woman approached Christiano’s neighbor, who was working in the parking lot. They began to argue about a prior incident that occurred at their home. Christiano was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

VICTORIA CERULLO, 23, of 115 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 3:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a disturbance. Cerullo and another woman approached the woman’s neighbor, who was working in the parking lot. They began to argue about a prior incident that occurred at their home. During the argument, police reported, Cerullo pushed the neighbor, who pushed her back. Cerullo was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

DEMOS GRIVAS, 26, of 12 Thunderbird Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 11 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 3:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a disturbance. Grivas’ sister and another woman approached the woman’s neighbor, who was working in the parking lot. They began to argue about a prior incident that occurred at their home. Grivas, who was watching the incident take place, punched the neighbor, police reported, after his sister and the man pushed each other. Grivas was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

GILBERTO SILVA, 19, of 121 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 11 at approximately 3:25 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a disturbance. Silva, who was working in the parking lot, was approached by his neighbor and another woman. They began to argue about a prior incident that occurred at their home. During the argument, police reported the woman pushed Silva and Silva pushed her back. Silva was given a court date of Feb. 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

FELICIA MESERVEY, 22, of 131 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 3:11 a.m. an officer responded to Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue for an injured female. The female had a small laceration on her forehead. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined there was a domestic disturbance between cousins that occurred at 131 Scott St. During an argument, police reported, the female punched Meservey who then hit her with a coffee mug in the forehead. Meservey was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

LIZANN BARROW, 30, of 131 Scott St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 3:11 a.m. an officer responded to Cumberland Farms on Rubber Avenue for an injured female, Barrow. She had a small laceration on her forehead. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined there was a domestic disturbance between cousins that occurred at 131 Scott St. During an argument Barrow punched her cousin who then hit her with a coffee mug in the forehead, police reported. Barrow was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

THOMAS DOWSETT, 28, of 240 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 12 with failure to appear in the first degree and two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Feb. 12 at approximately 11:46 p.m. Dowsett turned himself in on three active arrest warrants. Dowsett was given a court date of Feb. 13to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $85,500 court-set bond.

DEBORAH ROBERTS, 39, of 33 Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 13 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Feb. 13 at 2:23 a.m. officers responded to 33 Hill St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Roberts hit the victim. Roberts was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

NICHOLAS ANDREWS, 31, of 166 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 14 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Feb. 14 at approximately 3:23 a.m. officers responded to 166 Prospect St. #2 for a noise complaint. Andrews, who was intoxicated, was shouting at friends in his apartment, police reported. Andrews punched holes in the walls of the apartment, police reported. Andrews was given a court date of Feb. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
