Naugatuck police blotter: disorderly conduct

DWAYNE WILSON, 24, of 883 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with disorderly conduct, assault in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the second degree.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 1:07 a.m. officers responded to 883 Rubber Ave. apt 9 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Wilson was holding a knife. His girlfriend cut her foot when she tried to kick at Wilson when he was holding the knife, police reported. Wilson was given a court date of Jan. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on bond.

ALLISON JONES, 24, of 883 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with disorderly conduct and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 1:07 a.m. officers responded to 883 Rubber Ave. apt 9 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. Jones cut her foot when she tried to kick at her boyfriend when he was holding the knife, police reported. Jones was given a court date of Jan. 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

WILSON BEAULIERE, 48, of 226 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 10:04 a.m. officers were dispatched to 226 Cherry St. for a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Beauliere grabbed the victim by the neck and pushed her against a wall. Beauliere was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL KUSHEL, 35, of 204 Fieldstone Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 28 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on Jan. 28 at approximately 11:56 p.m. an officer responded to Rubber Avenue Extension by Guntown Road for a one car motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Kushel was operating under the influence of alcohol. Kushel was given a court date of Feb. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JASMINE KENNON, 24, of 36 May St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at approximately 5:59 a.m. officers responded to 36 May St. for a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument Kennone and a juvenile began to punch each other, police reported. Kennon was given a court date of Jan. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

VINCENT MALTESE III, 41, of 8 Emile Ave., Oakville, was charged Jan. 29 with failure to appear in the first degree.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at approximately 8:23 a.m. Maltese was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Maltese was given a court date of Feb. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 court-set cash bond.

ANTHONY PERZANOWSKI, 18, of 28 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at 7:50 p.m. officers responded to 28 Aetna St. apt 2 for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, both parties shoved and punched each other. Perzanowski was given a court date of Jan. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non surety bond.

DOUGLAS PERZANOWSKI, 42, of 28 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 29 with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Jan. 29 at 7:50 p.m. officers responded to 28 Aetna St. apt 2 for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, both parties shoved and punched each other. Perzanowski was given a court date of Jan. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non surety bond.

MATTHEW MYERS, 24, of 64 Fairchild St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 30 with driving under the influence and failure to illuminate rear marker plate.

Police reported on Jan. 30 at approximately 12:06 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Elm Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Myers was operating under the influence of alcohol. He was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM PESILLO, 23, of 9 LeClair Court, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 30 with insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and failure to register motor vehicle for commercial registration.

Police reported on Jan. 30 at approximately 8:53 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Hillside Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Pesillo was wanted on an active arrest warrant. Pesillo was given a court date of Feb. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KEVIN HUNT, 24, of 507 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 30 with disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment.

Police reported on Jan. 30 at approximately 5:10 p.m. Hunt was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance that was reported on Jan. 19, 2013 between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Hunt broke the victim’s phone and pushed the victim out of the home. Hunt was given a court date of Jan. 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
