Naugatuck police blotter: larceny
The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
SAMANTHA BERGERON, 30, of 58 Williams St., Thomaston, was charged Jan. 4 with larceny in the fourth degree, illegal use of credit card and identity theft in the third degree.
ANTHONY SIMMONS, 44, of 353 Center St., West Haven, was charged Dec. 28 with criminal attempt at robbery in the first degree and carrying dangerous weapon.
Police reported on Dec. 28 at approximately 11:10 a.m. Simmons was served with an active arrest warrant while he was at Waterbury Superior Court. The warrant was for a robbery reported on Oct. 23, 2012 at Citgo Gas Station located on New Haven Road. After Simmons purchased an item, police reported, he displayed a knife and demanded money form the clerk. The clerk refused to give Simmons money and he ran from the store. Simmons was identified through the investigation and is being investigated for similar robberies in other towns. He was held for arraignment.
JOHN BURNS III, 22, of 327 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with larceny in the third degree.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 10:09 p.m. Burns was arrested at 327 Spring St. on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Nov. 9, 2012. Police reported Burns stole jewelry and power tools from family members valued at over $16,000. Burns was given a court date of Jan. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
STEVEN AMBROSE, 19, of 101 Miller Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with criminal violation of restraining order, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 3:55 p.m. Ambrose was arrested 101 Miller Drive on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for domestic disturbance reported on Jan. 1, 2013 between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Ambrose punched and kicked the victim. Ambrose also slapped the phone out of the victim’s hand when she was attempting to contact the police, police reported. Ambrose was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 surety bond.
MONICA HARTIS, 25, of 18 Morning Mist Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 10:57 a.m. officers responded to 18 Morning Mist Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, both parties were yelling at each other in front of the house disturbing the neighbors. Hartis was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
STEVEN HAMEL, 25, of 8 Pond St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with remand to custody.
Police reported on Jan. 4 Hamel was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Hamel was transported to New Haven Correctional Facility per the order.
DAVID ADAMSON, 22, of 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 10:57 a.m. officers responded to 18 Morning Mist Road for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, both parties were yelling at each other in front of the house disturbing the neighbors. Adamson was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.
JORDAN PERUGINI, 25, of 93 Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with violation of probation.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 5:37 p.m. Perugini was arrested at 93 North Hoadley St. on an active arrest warrant. Perugini was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $75,000 court set surety bond.
BRADLEY GODDARD, 45, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with failure to appear in the second degree.
Police reported on Jan. 4 at approximately 7:30 p.m. Goddard was arrested at 151 Andrew Ave. apartment 154 on an active arrest warrant. Goddard was given a court date of Jan. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
RAYMOND LAROWE, of 46, of 50 Lounsbury St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 5 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 5 at approximately 4:10 a.m. officers responded to 50 Lounsbury Road for an assault. Two people, who are in a dating relationship, were involved in a domestic disturbance in Larowe’s apartment. During an argument, police reported, both parties were hitting each other. Larowe became involved in the altercation and pushed both parties. Larowe was given a court date of Jan. 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
KEITH JACOBS, 41, of 50 Lounsbury St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 4 with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.
Police reported at approximately 4:10 a.m. officers responded to 50 Lounsbury Road for an assault. Jacobs and another party, who are in a dating relationship, were involved in a domestic disturbance in someone else’ s apartment. During an argument both parties were hitting each other. Jacobs was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.
TINA TEARDO, 36, of 50 Lounsbury St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 5 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 5 at approximately 4:10 a.m. officers responded to 50 Lounsbury Road for an assault. Teardo and another party, who are in a dating relationship, were involved in a domestic disturbance in someone else’s apartment. During an argument, police reported, both parties were hitting each other. Teardo was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
ISABELO CRUZ, 32, of 11 Mulberry St., Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 5 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on Jan. 5 at 11:21 p.m. officers responded to 11 Mulberry St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Cruz broke a bedroom door. Cruz was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
TRICIA LUSH, 42, of 140 Fulkenson Drive, Waterbury, was charged Jan. 6 with driving under the influence and entry upon limited access highway at undesignated point.
Police reported on Jan. 6 at approximately 3:24 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Route 8 exit 27 South, due to Lush attempting to drive the wrong way on the exit ramp. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lush was operating under the influence of alcohol. Lush was given a court date of Jan. 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
VINCENT KLOC, 47, of 466 Allerton Road, Naugatuck, was charged Jan. 7 with failure to appear in the first degree.
Police reported on Jan. 7 at approximately 7:26 a.m. Kloc turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Kloc was given a court date of Jan. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $25,000 court-set surety bond.
