Naugatuck police blotter: disorderly conduct

The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

ROBERT BALDINO, 52, of 381 Union City Road, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 12 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 12 at 5:27 p.m. officers responded to 381 Union City Road for a domestic disturbance between father and daughter. During an argument, police reported, Baldino smashed plates and a piece of the plate cut the victim’s finger. Baldino was given a court date of Nov. 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.

THOMAS SCIANNA, 50, of 28 Beacon Wood Court, Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 13 with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Nov. 13 at approximately 8:08 p.m. officers responded to 28 Beacon Wood Court for a medical complaint. The officers initially responded to an intoxicated male who had fallen, police reported.
During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Scianna hit his son and son’s friend. Scianna was arguing with his son and hit him during the argument, police reported. Scianna also hit his son’s friend who was visiting at that time. Scianna was given a court date of Nov. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

KAYLIEGH DEPTULA, 22, of 47 Grove St., Shelton, was charged Nov. 14 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Nov. 14 at approximately 12:54 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Andrew Mountain Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Deptula, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was wanted on an active arrest warrant out of Seymour. Deptula was given a court date of Nov. 28 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

HEATHER BLAKEMAN, 28, of 93 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged Nov. 14 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Nov. 14 at approximately 6:44 a.m. Blakeman turned herself in on two active arrest warrants. Blakeman was given a court date of Nov. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total court-set $10,000 surety bond.
