Naugatuck police blotter: reckless endangerment

The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

FREDERICK BOOTH, 46, of 66 Hillside Road, Southbury, was charged Aug. 13 with breach of peace, reckless endangerment in the second degree, stalking in the third degree, reckless driving, no passing zone, vehicle driven with intent to harass or intimidate.

Police reported on Aug. 13 the Southbury Resident Trooper’s Office was holding Booth on an active arrest warrant out of Naugatuck. Booth was transported to the Naugatuck Police Department for processing. The warrant was for a suspicious motor vehicle complaint made on Aug. 12, 2012. Police reported Booth followed his ex-girlfriend, who was the passenger in the vehicle, home after she left her job. While he was following her, Booth drove on the side of the vehicle and tried to cut off the vehicle she was in almost striking parked vehicles, police reported. Booth was given a court date of Aug. 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.

EMILY LOVE, 18, of 122 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 13 with breach of peace and reckless endangerment in the first degree.

ANDRICE SAVAGE, 23, of 121 Downes St., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 13 with breach of peace.

RAFFAELO LIGUORI, 38, of 101 Madeline Ave., Waterbury, was charged Aug. 14 with threatening in the second degree.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 7:16 p.m. Liguori turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a threatening complaint made on Aug. 12, 2012. Police reported Liguori threatened to harm the victim, who is an ex-girlfriend, over the phone. Liguori was given a court date of Aug. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000.00 non-surety bond.

JOSHUA RIVERA, 19, of 10 Anderson St., Naugatuck, as charged Aug. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 9:02 p.m. officers responded to 10 Anderson St. apartment 2L for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Rivera threw a cell phone at the victim and also pushed the victim. Rivera was given a court date of Aug. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000.00 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM ZURAITIS
, 48, of 163 Meadow St., Naugatuck, was charged Aug. 14 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Aug. 14 at approximately 9:16 p.m. officers responded to 163 Meadow St. 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Zuraitis grabbed the victim by her arms causing abrasions and scratches. Zuraitis was given a court date of Aug. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

MARK FERRY, 52, of 65 Balance Rock Road, Seymour, was charged Aug. 15 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on Aug. 15 at approximately 8:32 a.m. Ferry was arrested on two active arrest warrants at 15 Carroll St. Ferry was given a court date of Aug. 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total court-set $5,000 cash bond.
