Naugatuck police blotter: disorderly conduct
The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
CHRISTOPHER DANNE, 37, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a child.
Police reported on July 4 at approximately 10:04 p.m. officers responded to 151 Andrew Avenue for a suspicious person complaint. The officers found Danne intoxicated and naked near the apartment buildings, police reported. There were juveniles, who live in the complex, who observed Danne disrobe, police reported. Danne was given a court date of July 18 and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
ERICA ABREU-VICENTE, 36, of 100 Candee Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with failure to respond to infraction.
Police reported on July 4 at approximately 2:46 p.m. Abreu-Vicente turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Abreu-Vicente was given a court date of July 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $195 court-set cash bond.
MATTHEW BENNETT, 25, of 349 Allen Road, Torrington, was charged July 5 with criminal trespass in the first degree, harassment in the second degree, stalking in the third degree, and disorderly conduct.
Police reported on July 5 at approximately 6:56 a.m. Bennett turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on July 3, 2012. Police reported Bennett entered the victim’s home without permission and an argument occurred. Bennett has repeatedly driven past the victim’s home and sent harassing messages through text message, police reported. Bennett was given a court date of July 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $35,000 surety bond.
BRUCE CLARK, 27, of 38 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged July 5 with failure to appear in the second degree.
Police reported on July 5 at approximately 11:36 a.m. Clark turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Clark was given a court date of July 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $195 court-set cash bond.
