The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

TONY JACKSON, 28, of 720 Beacon Valley Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 13 with assault in the third degree, disorderly conduct, and burglary in the second degree.

Police reported on July 13 at approximately 11:20 p.m. Jackson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on a June 30, 2012. During an argument, police reported, Jackson punched the victim in the face, who is an acquaintance of Jackson. Jackson was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

CASEY HARRIGAN, 21, of 94 Highland Ave., Beacon Falls, was charged with evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane.

CHEYENNE WERGIN, 19, of 166 Bunker Hill Ave., Waterbury, was charged July 13 with breach of peace.

Police reported on July 13 at approximately 2:44 a.m. officers responded to Bridge Street for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Wergin punched the victim in the face. Wergin was given a court date of July 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KENNEY BOYETTE, 22, of 45 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged July 13 with breach of peace.

Police reported on July 13 at approximately 2:44 a.m. officers responded to Bridge Street for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Boyette grabbed the victim by her wrists. Boyette was given a court date of July 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

FREDERICK VALENTE
, 45, of 115 Marbern Lane, Naugatuck, was charged July 13 with breach of peace.

JOSE CREGO, 48, of 59 Kingswood Drive, Naugatuck, was charged July 13 with breach of peace.

ROBERT PALMER, 42, of 15 Maple Drive, Prospect, was charged July 14 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 12:45 p.m. Palmer turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Palmer was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $95 court-set cash bond.

PENNY SYMAN, 38, of 612 Bunker Hill Road, Waterbury, was charged July 14 with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy at larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 10:36 p.m. an officer responded to 64 Aetna St. for a larceny complaint. Syman with an accomplice stole $100 from an acquaintance, police reported. Syman was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DAVID MICHEL, 40, of 64 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged July 14 with larceny in the sixth degree and conspiracy at larceny in the sixth degree.

Police reported on July 14 at approximately 10:36 p.m. an officer responded to 64 Aetna St. for a larceny complaint. Michel with an accomplice stole $100 from an acquaintance, police reported. Michel was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. Due to Michel being on parole he was held on an order of remand, police reported.

VICTOR BAPTISTA, 40, of 54 Rosario Drive, Waterbury, was charged July 15 with breach of peace and threatening.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 11:55 a.m. officers responded to 466 Allerton Farms Road for a domestic disturbance between brother in laws. During an argument, police reported, Baptista punched the victim and threatened to harm him further. Baptista was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

VINCENT KLOC, 46, of 466 Allerton Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 15 with breach of peace and assault in the third degree.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 11:55 a.m. officers responded to 466 Allerton Farms Road for a domestic disturbance between brother in laws. During an argument, police reported, Kloc punched the victim and threatened to harm him further. Kloc was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RUSSELL CAMP, 34, of 27 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged July 15 with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 7:45 p.m. Camp was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Camp was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $195 court-set cash bond.

ROBERT HAYES, 53, of 18 May St., Naugatuck, was charged July 15 with assault in the third degree, interfering with an emergency call, and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 15 at approximately 8:45 p.m. officers responded to 18 May St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Hayes kicked the victim in the lip, causing her lip to bleed. When a family member attempted to call police Hayes “ripped” the unit off of the wall, police reported. Hayes was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

CARLOS DESOUSA, 29, of 41 Cliff St., Naugatuck, with failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on July 16 Desousa turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Desousa was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $500 cash bond.
