Naugatuck police blotter: failure to appear

The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

DIONNE BROWN, 36, of 362 Demonstranti Road, Winchester, was charged June 5 with two counts of failure to appear in the second degree.

Police reported on June 5 at approximately 11:21 p.m. during a motor vehicle investigation Brown, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was wanted on two active arrest warrants. Brown was given a court date of June 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 court-set bond.

DAVID DOWS, 20, of 168 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 6 with two counts of violation of probation and failure to appear in the second degree

Police reported on June 6 at approximately 11:03 p.m. Dows was arrested at 168 Andrew Ave. on three active arrest warrants. Dows was given a court date of June 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a total $41,500 court-set bond.

WARREN THOMPSON, 35, of 28 Vantage Road, Hamden, was charged June 9 with driving under the influence.

SCOTT GUY, 39, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 9 with driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Police reported on June 9 at approximately 9:44 p.m. officers were dispatched to 1081 New Haven Road for a report of a reckless driving complaint. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Guy was operating under the influence of alcohol. Guy was given a court date of June 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

PATRICIA JOHNSON, 51, of 130 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged June 10 with assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on June 10 at approximately 3:42 a.m. officers responded to 130 Coen St. for a domestic disturbance between girlfriend and boyfriend. During an argument, police reported, Johnson scratched the victim on his right arm and right side of his nose. Johnson was given a court date of June 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

KIMBERLY DAIGOLE, 37, of 99 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged June 11 with risk of injury to a child.

Police reported on June 11 at approximately 5:04 p.m. Daigle turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Due to previous issues, the Department of Children and Families established guidelines in regards to a child in the care of Daigle, police reported. Daigle did not comply with those guidelines. Daigle was given a court date of June 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

ALLYSON QUINN, 19, of 29 Farrel St., Seymour, was charged June 11 with larceny in the fifth degree.

Police reported on June 11 at approximately 8:08 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Quinn with a male accomplice took merchandise from the electronics department without paying for it, valued at $619.16, police reported. The male exited the store before Quinn. When Quinn was stopped by an asset protection employee the male drove away, police reported. Quinn was given a court date of June 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
