WOLCOTT — Diane L. (Ross) Gagnon, 67, of Wolcott, passed away peacefully at the VITAS Innovative Care Unit at Saint Mary’s Hospital. She was the beloved wife of Arthur Gagnon.
Mrs. Gagnon was born in Waterbury on Feb. 23, 1947, a daughter of the late Steve and Natalie (Cattana) Ross. She retired after 15 years from Ingraham Manor in Bristol. She enjoyed gardening, cooking and spending time taking care of people especially her family.
Besides her husband of 31 years, she leaves a son, Thomas Juskevicius of Naugatuck; a stepson, Arthur C. Gagnon of Wolcott; a stepdaughter, Patricia Parenti of Naugatuck; brothers, Richard Ross of Florida and Stephen Ross of Naugatuck; a sister, Natalie Ross of Naugatuck; four grandchildren, Megan L. Juskevicius, Austin C. Wilde, Brandon and Brianna Parenti; several niece and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Christina Wilde and her brother Thomas Ross.
Her funeral will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at 11 a.m. at the Naugatuck Valley Memorial/Fitzgerald Zembruski Funeral Home, 240 North Main St., Naugatuck. Burial will follow in St. James Cemetery, Cross Street, Naugatuck. Calling hours will be held on Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service.
