She married Frank Talevi in 1940 and had three children, Joyce, David and Lori, all of whom were raised in Naugatuck. Antoinette was also a member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Christopher Columbo Ladies’ Auxiliary. She travelled extensively, especially to be with her son and his family at Sea-Vu Campgrounds in Wells, Maine.

Antoinette was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend. Her home was warm and welcoming, and she created a sense of peace and happiness wherever she was. Antoinette lives on through her daughter, Lori Talevi Ferreira; her daughter-in-law, Elaine Talevi; her sister, Jane Curina; and, through her grandchildren Thomas Waite, Janna Waite, David Talevi and his wife Molly, Jason Talevi and his wife Lee, and John Ferreira.
