BEACON FALLS — Firefighters extinguished a car fire on Route 8 North Friday morning.
The car caught fire near the Exit 24 on-ramp shortly before 9:30 a.m. Firefighters quickly knocked down the blaze, which was coming from the front of the car.
There were no injuries, according to Beacon Hose Company No. 1.
