BEACON FALLS — Gaetane G. Sandoval, 71, the wife of Cesar Sandoval, died peacefully on Saturday, Jan. 21, 2017 at Glendale Center.

Gaetane was born on Feb. 12, 1945 in Perth, Andover, Canada, a daughter of the late Damase Beaulieu and Arthémise “Hattie” (Michaud) Beaulieu, and she formerly worked as a foreman at United Avionics, a sub-division of Sikorsky Aircraft, for 20 years. Gaetane was a parishioner of St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church in Beacon Falls.

In addition to her husband Cesar, Gaetane is survived by her sons, William S. Cable, Jr., Alex Sandoval and Julio Sandoval; her daughter, Deneen Garceau and her husband, Todd Garceau,; her granddaughters, Sarah Garceau and Hannah Garceau; her brothers, Joseph “Zoo” Beaulieu and Theo Beaulieu; her sister, Velma Smith, and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, Jan. 27, 2017 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls. Family and friends are asked to please meet at the church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck.
