NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library will feature the artwork of Katie Berry Feucht during November.

Feucht, a Southbury resident, has been painting for 75 years and will display examples of oriental brush painting. As a member of the Oriental Brush Artists Guild of Westchester at the Hammond Museum of North Salem, N.Y., she exhibits regularly in Westchester County, New York, throughout Western Connecticut and nationally, a press release stated.

In addition to oriental brush painting, Feucht is accomplished in portrait painting, watercolor landscapes, and what the artist calls “abstract mystical oils,” the release states. She has won several awards in the national juried exhibitions of the Sumie Society of America, Inc.

The exhibit can be viewed at the library, 243 Church St., during normal hours. For more information, call 203-729-4591.
