Whittemore announces April exhibit

NAUGATUCK — The Whittemore Library is featuring the artwork of Seymour resident Barbara Rzasa this month.

Rzasa is a professional graphic designer and artist whose focus is the natural world, including themes such as the beauty of local wildflowers and birds, a press release stated. She has studied fine art painting with Eilene Smith, of Prospect, and has taken courses in botanical watercolor illustration through Yale Peabody Museum.

This month’s exhibit can be viewed on the Whittemore Gallery Wall at the library, 243 Church St., during regular hours. For more information, call 203-729-4591.
