NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck High School DECA chapter is hosting its annual Rip the Runway show April 14.

The fashion and talent show will feature 60 to 70 models and over 25 performers. The event will also feature a special performance from the school’s Best Buddies group and two tribute performances: one to honor former special education teacher Chip Aldrich, who died suddenly in March, and another in honor of Michael Litiwnka, who died in 2011 after a sudden asthma attack. Litiwnka was in eighth-grade at City Hill Middle School at the time of his death. He would have graduated with the current senior class at Naugatuck High.

The show starts at 7:30 p.m. in the newly-renovated auditorium at Naugatuck High. Advanced tickets are $7 and $5 for children 11 years old and under. Tickets at the door are $10, but there is expected to be only a limited amount available the night of the show.

For more information or to buy tickets, contact DECA adviser Tim Reilly at 203-232-0725 or reillyt@naugy.net.
