NAUGATUCK — The Naugatuck Historical Society is preparing to hosts its 6th annual Savor CT.

The event, which supports the historical society and its education programs, is a tasting of only Connecticut-made food, beer, wine and spirits. The event will feature samples from a host of local sections, including Two Roads Brewery, Thimble Island Brewery, Sharpe Hill Vineyard, Litchfield Distillery, StoneHouse Baked Goods, Newman’s Own, Fascia’s Chocolates, American Pie, Jesse Camille’s, Tequila Grill, Corner Tavern and Avery Soda.

The Naugatuck Elks Club is providing the use of its hall at 758 Rubber Ave. for the event. The historical society is currently transitioning to a permanent home in the Tuttle House on Church Street. Naugatuck High School students will once again be helping serve food to the guests.

Advanced tickets are $15 for members of the Elks Club or the historical society and $20 for non-members. Tickets at the door are $25.
