NAUGATUCK — Mrs. Helena (Daly) Easterbrook, 87, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2015 at Waterbury Hospital with her loving children by her side. She was the widow of Dr. Eliot Knights Easterbrook.
Mrs. Easterbrook was born Nov. 26, 1928 in Waterbury, daughter of the late Francis L. and Charlotte (Kelley) Daly. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury Class of 1946. She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Naugatuck. She loved crocheting, gardening and bird watching in her backyard but her greatest love of all was her love of family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother and indulgent grandmother whose world revolved around her family.
Mrs. Easterbrook is survived by a daughter, Charlena Harrisson and her husband Peter of Old Greenwich; a son, Eliot Easterbrook Jr. and his wife Nancy of Macungie, Pass.; a brother, Francis Daly, Jr. and his companion Helen Dallow of Southbury; four grandchildren, Michael Eliot, Steven James, Connor Knights and Treloara Brook, and several nieces and nephews.
