The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

GIORGIO DASILVA, 24, of 41 Wildwood Ave., Waterbury, was charged June 29 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police report on June 29 at approximately 7 p.m. DaSilva was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Sept. 17, 2014. Police reported DaSilva stole a Stihl Backpack leaf blower from High Street. DaSilva was given a court date of July 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANGEL GARCIA., 20, of 480 South Main St., Waterbury, was charged June 29 with breach of peace.

Police report on June 29 at approximately 3:20 p.m. Garcia was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on May 31, 2015. Police reported Garcia was involved in a fight with an acquaintance while he was walking on Cherry Street. Garcia was given a court date of July 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ERIN KELLY, 45, of 8 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged June 29 with threatening, disorderly conduct and first-degree reckless endangerment.

Police report on June 29 at approximately 9:30 a.m. Kelly was served with an active arrest warrant while at court. The warrant was for domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Kelly threatened to harm the victim with a knife. Kelly was given a court date of June 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

LUIS ALBERTO ESTEVES, 33, of 168 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged June 30 with disorderly conduct.

Police report on June 30 at approximately 6:23 p.m. officers responded to 168 North Main St. 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Esteves began to throw bags of clothes off the porch. When the victim tried to stop him she fell onto the floor, police reported. Esteves was given a court date of July 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

DONTE MILES, 19, of 92 Cherry St., Naugatuck, was charged June 30 with disorderly conduct.

Police report on June 30 at approximately 8:27 p.m. officers responded to 92 Cherry St. for a domestic disturbance between brother and sister. During an argument, police reported, Miles threw a plate of food and pushed the victim. Miles was given a court date of July 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER MUSKUS, 34, of 13 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 30 with disorderly conduct, interfering with an officer, third-degree criminal mischief, driving under the influence and evading responsibility

Police report on June 30 at approximately 1:05 p.m. officers responded to the lobby of the Naugatuck Police Department regarding a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Muskus pushed the victim. Muskus was given a court date of June 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

Police report on June 30 at approximately 8:45 p.m. Muskus was arrested for a DWI and evading responsibility. During the arrest, police reported, Muskus became uncooperative in the booking area of the police department. Police reported Muskus kicked the holding cage and refused to hand over property. Muskus lunged toward officers in an aggressive manner, police reported. Muskus was given a court date of July 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

ANTHONY ALVARADO, 18, of 21 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged July 2 with breach of peace.

Police report on July 2 at approximately 10 p.m. Alvarado was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on May 31, 2015. Police reported Alvarado was involved in a fight with an acquaintance on Cherry Street. Alvarado was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.

KEISHLA VAZQUEZ, 18, of 21 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged July 2 with breach of peace.

Police report on July 2 at approximately 10 p.m. Vazquez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance reported on May 31, 2015. Police reported Vazquez was involved in a fight with an acquaintance on Cherry Street. Vazquez was given a court date of July 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

THOMAS WOODS, 39, of 2213 East 25th St., Chatanooga, Tenn., was charged July 2 with second-degree assault, third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Police report on July 2 at approximately 11:50 p.m. officers responded to 22 Barnum Court for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Woods punched the victim causing swelling to her right eye. Police reported Woods also put his hands around the victim’s neck. Woods was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

CARMEN CIANFLONE, 50, of 608 May St., Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Police report on July 3 at approximately 2:06 a.m. officers responded to 608 May St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, both parties were involved in a physical altercation. Their child was present during the incident, police reported. Cianflone was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SHERRI CIANFLONE, 48, of 608 May St., Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct and risk of injury to child.

Police report on July 3 at approximately 2:06 a.m. officers responded to 608 May St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, both parties were involved in a physical altercation. Their child was present during the incident, police reported. Cianflone was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANGELA WOODS, 34, of 29 Sandy Lane, Wolcott, was charged July 3 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police report on July 3 at approximately 4:35 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Woods stole $44.62 worth of merchandise. Woods was given a court date of July 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.

ODETTE WHITE EAGLE , 24, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 3 with disorderly conduct.

Police report on July 3 officers responded to 933 Rubber Ave. 7H for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, White damaged the victim’s clothes. White was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MATTHEW CLARK, 22, of 1277 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, driving under the influence.

Police report on July 3 at approximately 7:38 p.m. officers responded to the area of 1233 Rubber Ave. Ext. for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Clark struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Clark was operating under the influence of alcohol. Clark was given a court date to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ANIELLO LIGUORI, 52, of 732 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with violation of protective order and interfering with an officer.

Police report on July 4 at approximately 12:29 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Cross Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Liguori was in violation of an active protective. Liguori was in the vehicle with the protected person, which was in violation of the order, police reported. During the arrest, police reported, Liguori shoved the officer. Liguori was given a court date of July 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released.

ALEXANDRA FLECK, 25, of 99 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with driving under the influence.

Police report on July 4 at approximately 4:51 a.m. officers responded to Goodyear Avenue for a motor vehicle accident. Police reported Fleck struck two unoccupied parked vehicles. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Fleck was operating under the influence of alcohol. Fleck was given a court date of July 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

JUSTIN HOWARD, 19, of 85 Cold Spring Circle, Naugatuck, was charged July 4 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police report on July 4 at approximately 5:26 a.m. Howard was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Howard was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $15,000 surety bond.

NICHOLAS P. DELMORO, 21, of 355 Bethany Road, Beacon Falls, was charged July 4 with driving under the influence.

Police report on July 4 officers responded to the area of South Main Street for an intoxicated driver. Police reported Delmoro was located on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Delmoro was operating under the influence of alcohol and or drugs. Delmoro was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

BRIAN K. FREENEY JR., 27, of 461 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged July 5 with driving under the influence.

Police report on July 5 at approximately 1:42 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Freeney was operating under the influence of alcohol. Freeney was given a court date of July 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

JOEL DEMARCO, 68, of 171 Lasky Road, Beacon Falls, was charged July 5 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police report on July 5 at approximately 4:05 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Demarco stole flashlights valued at $15.94. Demarco was given a court date of July 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KRYSTAL RIOS, 20, of 28 Amity Ave., Meriden, was charged July 5 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police report on July 5 at approximately 7:07 p.m. Rios was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Rios was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 surety bond.

TROYE JOYNER, 27, of 91 Serpentine Drive, Bridgeport, was charged July 6 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police report on July 6 at approximately 12:28 a.m. Joyner was arrested on an active arrest during a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. Police reported Joyner was given a court date of July 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $2,500 surety bond.
