JASON MANVILLE, 35, of 119 Norway St., Oakville, was charged May 11 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on May 11 at approximately 7:30 p.m. Manville turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Manville was given a court date of May 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
DANIELLE VERMILYA, 22, of 31 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged May 12 with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Police reported on May 12 at approximately 1:10 a.m. officers responded to 31 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police said, Holly Langey shoved Danielle Vermilya causing Vermilya to sustain a bloody nose. When Langey attempted to call the police, Vermilya took Langey’s phone from her, police reported. Vermilya
was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
HOLLY LANGEY, 24, of 135 Bungay Road, Seymour, was charged May 12 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on May 12 at approximately 1:10 a.m. officers responded to 31 Goodyear Ave. for a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police said, Holly Langey shoved Danielle Vermilya causing Vermilya to sustain a bloody nose. When Langey attempted to call the police, Vermilya took Langey’s phone from her, police reported. Langey was given a court date of May 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
HAROLDA DASILVA, 37, of 107 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged May 13 with risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.
Police reported on May 13 at approximately 7:17 a.m. officers responded to 107 Walnut St. 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Dasilva squeezed the victim’s neck when she was holding their child. Dasilva took the victim’s phone and broke it when she attempted to contact the police, police reported. Dasilva was given a court date of May 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
YOLANDA JOHNSON, 28, of 482 Wilmont Ave., Bridgeport, was charged May 13 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on May 13 at approximately 11:06 a.m. Johnson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Johnson was given a court date of May 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $3,000 surety bond.
MICHAEL KIERNAN, 54, of 11 Gorman St., Naugatuck, was charged March 14 with sixth-degree larceny.

ROBERT ROGERS, 58, of 157 School St., Naugatuck, was charged May 14 with violation of probation.
Police reported on May 14 Rogers was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Rogers was given a court date of May 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.
JASON RACZKOWSKI, 26, of 291 Maple Hill Road, Naugatuck, was charged May 14 with breach of peace and third-degree assault.
Police reported on May 14 at approximately 11:51 p.m. an officer investigated a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Raczkowski slapped the victim. Raczkowski was given a court date of May 15 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
NASIR GIBSON, 24, of 108 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged May 15 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on May 15 at approximately 10:04 p.m. Gibson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Gibson was given a court date of May 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond.
ISA REDZEPI, 27, of 28 Stueben St., Waterbury, was charged May 15 with sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on May 15 at approximately 10:50 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Redzepi stole a MP3 player and bluetooth speaker valued at $49.76. Redzepi was given a court date of May 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
RYAN HAVICAN, 35, of 44 Carroll St., Naugatuck, was charged May 15 with breach of peace, risk of injury to child, second-degree unlawful restraint and carrying a dangerous weapon.

ANGELA RUGGIERO, 34, of 12-B Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged May 16 with assault on public safety/emergency personnel.
Police reported on May 16 Ruggiero was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an assault reported on April 21, 2015. Police reported EMS and officers responded to a medical complaint. While EMS was treating Ruggiero, police reported, she flailed her arms and legs striking one of the EMS workers. Ruggiero was given a court date of May 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.
CHRISTINE TAMPELLINI, 34, of 102 Curtiss St., Naugatuck, was charged May 17 with diving under the influence.
Police reported on May 17 at approximately 12:37 a.m. officers responded to High Street by South Main Street for a motor vehicle accident. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Tampellini was operating under the influence of alcohol. Tampellini was given a court date of May 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
MICHELLE MORGAN, 50, of 925 Oronoke Road, Waterbury, was charged May 17 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on May 17 at approximately 12:34 p.m. officers responded to 83 Prospect St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the two were involved in a physical altercation. Morgan was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
BENJAMIN LONG, 49, of 83 Prospect St., Naugatuck, was charged May 17 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on May 17 at approximately 12:34 p.m. officers responded to 83 Prospect St. for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, the two were involved in a physical altercation. Long was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
MONICA FRANZESE, 33, of 30 Sweeney St., Naugatuck, was charged May 17 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on May 17 officers responded to 30 Sweeney St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Franzese hit the victim. Franzese was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
JETT BLACK, 18, of 8 Pond St., Naugatuck, was charged May 17 with failure to respond to payable violation.
Police reported on May 17 Black was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Black was given a court date of May 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $286 cash bond.
