The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

TAMMY BERNARD, 43, of 11 Martin St., Waterbury, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 11:48 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Bernard was operating under the influence of alcohol. Bernard was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM WALSH, 43, of 168 Mount Pleasant St., Meriden, was charged March 18 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 18 at approximately 11 p.m. Walsh was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Jan. 6, 2015. Police reported Walsh stole the victim’s Samsung Tablet 4 worth $400, who was an acquaintance. Walsh was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 surety bond.

JUAN RIVERA, 53, of 99 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged March 18 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 18 at approximately 4:42 p.m. officers responded to 99 Galpin St. 3S for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, they punched and pushed each other. Rivera was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

JUAN RIVERA JR., 36, of 99 Galpin St., Naugatuck, was charged March 18 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 18 at approximately 4:42 p.m. officers responded to 99 Galpin St. 3S for a domestic disturbance between father and son. During an argument, police reported, they punched and pushed each other. Rivera was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

JOSHUA HOGBERG, 26, of 72 Main St., Milford, was charged March 19 with fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 19 Hogberg was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Jan. 31, 2015 from Walmart. Police reported Hogberg stole a Dyson Vacuum and speakers worth $678. Hogberg was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $5,000.00 non-surety bond.

EUGENE MARSH, 26, of 25 Country Hollow Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 19 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 19 Marsh was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance reported on Feb. 22, 2015 between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Marsh punched a door causing it to crack. Marsh was given a court date of March 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM PEREZ-HERNANDEZ, 27, of 45 Burr Road, Bridgeport, was charged March 19 with violation of protective order, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 12:09 a.m. officers responded to 162 Maple St. Apt. 4 for a violation of a protective order. Police reported Perez-Hernandez arrived at the victim’s home, which was determined to be in violation of an active protective order. Perez-Hernandez was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $25,000 surety bond.

JESSICA MARIE STRILECKIS, 24, of 101 Hitchcock Road, Waterbury, was charged March 19 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 1:21 a.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Strileckis stole women’s clothing. Strileckis was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

THOMAS CARD, 40, of 248 High St., Naugatuck, was charged March 20 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 12:46 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Card was operating under the influence of alcohol. Card was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LAWRENCE PALLADINO, 39, of 482 Hamilton Ave., Watertown, was charged March 20 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 2 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Palladino was operating under the influence of alcohol. Palladino was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MELISSA KNAPP, 39, of 6 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged March 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 5:05 p.m. officers responded to Big Y for a larceny complaint. Police reported Knapp stole $120.94 worth of groceries. Knapp was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

NAGIBE HERNANDEZ, 37, of 22 South Circle, Naugatuck, was charged March 21 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 21 at approximately 4:37 p.m. Hernandez turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. Hernandez was given a court date of April 8 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

JASON TAYLOR, 32, of (last known address) 90 Thistle Down Lane, Naugatuck, was charged March 21 with fifth-degree larceny, first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 21 Taylor was arrested on active arrest warrants. One warrant was for a larceny reported on Feb. 23, 2015. Police reported Taylor stole the victim’s Samsung Galaxy Tablet worth $600, who was a family member. Taylor was also arrested on active warrants for failure to appear. Taylor was given a court date of March 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set bond.

CAITLIN TAYLOR, 23, of 90 Thistle Down Lane, Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 2:33 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on New Haven Road. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Taylor was operating under the influence of alcohol. Taylor was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

PAMELA RINALDI, 32, of 37 Hart Circle, Waterbury, was charged March 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 2:45 a.m. an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident on High Street. Police reported Rinaldi struck an unoccupied parked vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rinaldi was operating under the influence of alcohol. Rinaldi was given a court date of April 9 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TIMOTHY BEEDLE, 24, of 38 Andrasko Road, Beacon Falls, was charged March 22 with carrying a dangerous weapon, breach of peace and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 3:54 p.m. an officer responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Beedle stole a BB gun worth $31.78. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Beedle was in possession of a knife and brass knuckles. Beedle was given a court date of April 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM ALVARADO JR., 39, of 21 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on March 22 Alvarado was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Alvarado was given a court date of April 1 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $195 cash bond.

DAVID FORD, 34, of 741 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with driving under the influence.
