The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

JEANNINE PRUDEN, 44, of 59 Haggerty Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 10 with illegal sale of narcotics, distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school, conspiracy at illegal sale of narcotics and conspiracy at distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 6:10 p.m. Pruden was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a narcotics investigation during the month of September 2014. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Pruden sold 1.8 grams of heroin with a female accomplice. Pruden was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

AZHIA PRUDEN, 26, of 59 Haggerty Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 10 with illegal sale of narcotics, distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school, conspiracy at illegal sale of narcotics and conspiracy at distribution of controlled substances within 1,500 feet of a school.

KATHERINE MURPHY, 24, of 19 Howard St., Waterbury, was charged March 10 with use of motor vehicle without permission and conspiracy at use of motor vehicle without permission.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 6:20 p.m. Murphy turned herself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a stolen motor vehicle complaint made on Feb. 9, 2015. Murphy used the victim’s car, who is an acquaintance, without permission, police reported. Murphy was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

WILLIAM FETTER, 30, of 19 Diamond St. 2nd, Naugatuck, was charged March 11 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 11 at approximately 3:15 p.m. Fetter was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Fetter was given a court date of March 23 to appear at Danbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

ADAM SHEPHERD, 18, of 11 Fairfield Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 11 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 11 at approximately 5:07 p.m. officers responded to 11 Fairfield Court for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Shepherd broke a closet door and pushed the victim. Shepherd was given a court date of March 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

JUSTIN HOWARD, 19, of 92 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 11 with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon, brandishing of facsimile firearms, first-degree threatening, first-degree reckless endangerment.

Police reported on March 11 at approximately 11:30 p.m. officers responded to 92 Highland Ave. Apartment 2 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument a friend intervened, police reported. Howard pointed a BB gun at the victim and the two males began to fight, police reported. Howard was given a court date of March 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

GERARDO RUSSO, 29, of 121 Locust St., Naugatuck, was charged March 12 with evading responsibility motor vehicle, reckless driving and improper passing.

Police reported on March 12 Russo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Jan. 14, 2015 on High Street. Police reported Russo struck a utility pole and drove from the scene. Russo was given a court date of March 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

APRIL BERTRAND, 32, of 4 Sunset Road, Plymouth, was charged March 12 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 12 at approximately 12:14 p.m. Bertrand turned herself in on an active arrest warrant out of Seymour. Bertrand was given a court date of March 24 to appear at Derby Superior Court and released on a court-set $2,500 surety bond.

KRISTIANA HOLT, 25, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 12 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on March 12 an officer responded to the area of Meadow Street for a male and female arguing. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined they were in violation of active protective orders. Holt was given a court date of March 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50,000 surety bond.

CHRISTOPHER RANDALL, of 1081 New Haven Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 12 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on March 12 an officer responded to the area of Meadow Street for a male and female arguing. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined they were in violation of active protective orders. Randall was given a court date of March 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50,000 surety bond.
