The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

GINO DEFILIPPO, 24, of 47 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 2 with evading responsibility motor vehicle and operating or towing an unregistered motor vehicle.
Police reported on March 2 at approximately 6:30 p.m. Defilippo was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an evading motor vehicle accident reported on Jan. 31, 2015. Police reported Defilippo struck an unoccupied parked vehicle on Highland Avenue and drove from the scene. Defilippo was given a court date of March 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $495 cash bond.
DESOMD REYES, 21, of 40 John St., Waterbury, was charged March 2 with violation of protective order.
Police reported on March 2 at approximately 1:59 p.m. Reyes turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a violation of a protective order, which occurred on Feb. 16, 2015. During an investigation of a domestic disturbance, police reported, it was determined Reyes was in the home in violation of an active arrest warrant. Reyes was given a court date of March 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.
JOSHUA PARENT, 29, of 84 Gilman St., Waterbury, was charged March 3 with breach of peace, interfering with an officer, six-degree larceny, third-degree assault and possession of controlled substance.

MARK CASAGRANDE, 31, of 10 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on March 4 at approximately 1:42 a.m. officers responded to 10 Carroll Court 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Casagrande threw a Wii game system in the living room and attempted to take the women’s phone from her. Casagrande was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $5,000 surety bond.
KATHERINE SANFORD, 30, of 10 Carroll Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 4 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on March 4 at approximately 1:42 a.m. officers responded to 10 Carroll Court 2nd floor for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Sanford pushed the man against a wall. Sanford was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
JOSEPH CULLINAN, of 334 Durgin Hill Road, Vershire, Vt., was charged March 6 with breach of peace, engaging in pursuit, interfering with an officer, reckless driving and third-degree larceny.

BRAD BERENGUER, 29, of 60 Woodside Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 7 with possession of controlled substance.
Police reported on March 7 officers conducted a motor vehicle stop during which the officers detected the odor of marijuana. A police K9 was summoned and conducted a search during which officer discovered marijuana contained in a baggie in the vehicle, police reported. Berenguer was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on March 18.
COREY LISTER, 20, of 202 Straitsville Road, Prospect, was charged March 7 with possession of controlled substance.
Police reported on March 7 officers were dispatched to Walmart on New Haven Road on a report of a subject that the store wanted banned from the property. Upon arrival of the officers, police reported, store security advised that they wished to ban Lister from the property. Upon identifying Lister, police reported, it was discovered that he was in possession of illegal narcotics. Lister was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 18.
ASHLEE DUQUETTE, 24, of 176 Oxford Road, Oxford, was charged March 8 with fourth-degree larceny.
Police reported on March 8 Duquette was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for an incident that was reported on Feb. 20, 2015. Police reported officers were dispatched to Osborn Road on a larceny complaint from a residence. The caller advised that they noticed stolen coins and jewelry from the home and suspected a family member may have been responsible, police said. A check was conducted at local pawn shops and upon doing so the stolen items were recovered, police reported. The person that pawned the items was identified as Duquette, police reported. Duquette was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 9.
MICHAEL W. ELIASSON, 34, of 13 Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged March 8 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on March 8 at about 4:30 p.m. officers were dispatched to Highland Avenue on a report of a domestic dispute. The complainant advised that Eliasson came home at about 4 a.m. and appeared extremely intoxicated and the two became involved in a verbal dispute which turned physical, police reported. Eliasson started smashing items and then threw her onto the ground, police reported. The complainant advised that she called the police and that upon doing so Eliasson fled the home in his vehicle, police reported. Officers located Eliasson sleeping in his vehicle on Throwbridge Place a short time later, police reported. Eliasson was held on a $10,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court on March 9.
DANIEL MCLOUGHLIN, 28, of 167 Walnut Tree Hill, Sandy Hook, was charged March 8 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on March 8 McLoughlin turned himself in on an outstanding warrant. McLoughlin was released on a court-set $500 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 18.
THOMAS LANESE, 53, of 124 Forest St., Naugatuck, was charged March 8 with disorderly conduct.
Police reported on March 8 at about 10:34 p.m. officers were dispatched to Forest Road on a report of a physical domestic dispute between stepfather and stepson. An un-involved family member advised officers that Lanese became involved in a verbal dispute with the stepson, which then became physical. Lanese started pushing him, police reported. Lanese was released on a $1,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 9.
