The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

CHRISTOPHER MINUTOLO, 40, of 14 Cadbury Place, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 23 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 23 at approximately 11:34 p.m. officers responded to 14 Cadbury Place for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Minutolo threw furniture around the residence and punched a hole in a wall. Minutolo was given a court date of Feb. 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MARTIN TABRON, 28, of 79 Congress Ave., Waterbury, was charged Feb. 25 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 11:54 a.m. Tabron was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Tabron pushed the victim. Tabron was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,500 non-surety bond.

DIMITRI LAMAR GIBSON, 21, of 4 Ridgeland Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 8:39 a.m. Gibson turned himself on an active arrest warrant. Gibson was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 court-set surety bond.

BRUCE SHAREK, 58, of 26 Fawn Meadow Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Sharek was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Sharek was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $250 cash bond.

KATIE ANN MARTINS, 29, of 9 Seth Drive, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with driving under the influence and failure to keep right.

Police reported on Feb. 25 an officer responded to a motor vehicle accident in the area of Scott Street and Andrew Avenue. Police reported Martins veered into the opposing lane striking two vehicles. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Martins was operating under the influence of alcohol. Martins was given a court date of March 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MARK RUSSO, 45, of 34 Melbourne Court, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 7:13 p.m. Russo was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Trumbull. Russo was given a court date of March 11 to appear at Bridgeport Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

ANDREW CAMPBELL, 28, of 15 Maple Terrace, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 6:27 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a larceny complaint. Police reported Campbell stole $90.30 worth of merchandise. Campbell was given a court date of Feb. 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

MATTHEW GARGUILO, 26, of 67 Tawny Thrush Road, Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 25 with possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police reported on Feb. 25 the Naugatuck Police Department was assisting Waterbury probation officers with home visits. During the visit, police reported, Garguilo was found to be in possession of 1.2 grams of heroin and syringes. Garguilo was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $25,000 surety bond.

JULIE HARVILLE, 34, of 607 Litchfield Turnpike, Bethany, was charged Feb. 25 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 25 at approximately 8:32 p.m. officers responded to Dunkin Donuts on New Haven Road for a suspicious person. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Harville was operating while impaired. Harville was given a court date of March 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

ANTHONY ALVARADO, 18, of 21 Olive St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 26 with violation of protective order.

Police reported on Feb. 26 at approximately 10:35 a.m. an officer responded to a violation of a protective order. Police reported Alvarado was walking with a juvenile who he has a protective order with. Alvarado was given a court date of Feb. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

ANTHONY IGAUNIS, 46, of 49 Old Colony Drive, Waterbury, was charged Feb. 25 with first-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

MICHAEL CORSO, 25, of 32 Vermont Ave., Southington, was charged Feb. 27 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Feb. 27 Corso was arrested on an active arrest warrant out of Southington. Corso was given a court date of March 4 to appear at Bristol Superior Court and released on a $165 cash bond.

JACOB RONALD AVIZ, 20, of 48 Goodyear Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 27 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 27 at approximately 7:28 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Pine Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Aviz was operating under the influence. Aviz was given a court date of March 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

MICHAEL S. NARIJAUSKAS, 27, of 101 Adella St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 28 with driving under the influence and a stop sign violation.

Police reported on Feb. 28 at approximately 12:38 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Rubber Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Narijauskas was operating under the influence of alcohol. Narijauskas was given a court date of March 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL COLE, 22, of 23 High St., Naugatuck, was charged Feb. 28 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on Feb. 28 at approximately 2:56 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on High Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Cole was operating under the influence of alcohol. Cole was given a court date of March 12 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

HECTOR VASQUEZ, 36, of 114 Spindle Hill Road, Wolcott, was charged March 1 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 1 at approximately 12:01 a.m. Vasquez was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Vasquez was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $25,000 court-set surety bond.

JOHNNY VARGAS, 42, of 193 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged March 1 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 1 at approximately 5:24 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. During an argument, police reported, Vargas and juvenile began to wrestle with each other causing them to fall to the floor. Vargas was given a court date of March 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
