Mr. and Mrs. Peter Gribben of Beacon Falls announces the engagement of their daughter, Samantha Rose Mastrobattisto, to Joseph Michael Palombizio, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Palombizio of Ellington.
A June 5, 2015 wedding is planned.
Miss Mastrobattisto is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Grimm of Bethlehem.
Mr. Palombizio is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. McDonald of Hartford and Mr. and Mrs. Palombizio of Hartford.
Miss Mastrobattisto graduated from Woodland Regional High School in Beacon Falls and the University of Connecticut with a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and a master’s degree in counseling. She is an academic success counselor at the University of New Haven.
Mr. Palombizio graduated from Ellington High School and from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a Bachelor of Business Administering in marketing. He is a receivable accounts analyst for Travelers in Hartford.
