The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

TINA VASALLO, 41, of 52 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 18 with driving under the influence, use or improper high beams, red lights and flashing lights and failure to have tail lamps.

Police reported on Oct. 18 at approximately 12:05 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Salem Bridge. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Vasallo was operating under the influence of alcohol. Vasallo was given a court date of Oct. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROBERT LAROWE, 49, of 52 Salem Boulevard, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 18 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 18 at approximately 3:20 p.m. officers responded to 52 Salem Boulevard for an assault. During an argument, police reported, Larowe pushed and punched the victim. He was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

ALBERTO BENITEZ, 33, of 102 Franklin St., Meriden, was charged Oct. 18 with driving under the influence, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 1:53 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Prospect Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Benitez was operating under the influence of alcohol. Benitez was given a court date of Oct. 30 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 cash bond.

ROBERT TESLA, 18, of 10 Windsor Place, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 12:45 p.m. officers responded to 10 Windsor Place for a disturbance between neighbors. Both parties were arguing in the street when the officers arrived, police reported. Tesla was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICARDO ORTIZ, 5 Windsor Place, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 19 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 19 at approximately 12:45 p.m. officers responded to 10 Windsor Place for a disturbance between neighbors. Both parties were arguing in the street when the officers arrived, police reported. Ortiz was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ROSLYN SHEEHY, 54, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 21 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on Oct. 21 at approximately 5 p.m. Sheehy was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Sheehy was given a court date of Oct. 29 to appear and released on a court-set $75 cash bond.

MICHAEL AIKEN, 22, of 76 Sikorsky Place, Stratford, was charged Oct. 23 with third-degree identity theft, credit card theft by transfer, receipt of money, goods or services by illegal credit card use and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 23 Aiken was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny complaint. Police reported Aiken stole the victim’s credit card and made two fraudulent transactions for the amount of $202.25. Aiken was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

MARC CORDONE, 23, of 8 Cotton Hollow Court, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 23 with driving under the influence, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

Police reported on Oct. 23 Cordone was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a car accident reported on Sept. 13, 2014 on Cross Street. Police reported Cordone struck a parked vehicle and fled the scene. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Cordone was operating under the influence of alcohol. Cordone was given a court date of Nov. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

JASON TAYLOR, 31, of 90 Thistle Down Lane, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 23 with third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

Police reported on Oct. 23 at approximately 7:30 a.m. Taylor turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a burglary reported on Sept. 24, 2014. Police reported Taylor forced entry to a home under construction and stole and variety of hand and power tools. Taylor was given a court date of Oct. 23 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held for arraignment.

DILLON SHERMAN, 21, of 638 Woodtick Road, Wolcott, was charged Oct. 24 with first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on Oct. 24 at approximately 3:55 p.m. Sherman was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Sherman was given a court date of Oct. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $400 cash bond.

TINA VASALLO, 41, of 52 Walnut St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 25 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 25 at approximately 1:56 a.m. an officer responded to Aetna Street for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Vassallo hit the victim. Vassallo was given a court date of Oct. 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

NAGIBE HERNANDEZ, 37, of 22 South Circle, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 25 with evading responsibility motor vehicle, insurance coverage fails minimum requirements and illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.

Police reported on Oct. 25 at approximately 2:07 p.m. an officer responded to Melbourne Court for an evading motor vehicle accident. Hernandez’s vehicle struck the victim’s vehicle’s side mirror causing damage, police reported. Hernandez left the scene but was located in the area, police reported. Hernandez was given a court date of Nov. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

VINCENT S. DELLEFAVE, 20, of 9 Mountain Ave., Montville, was charged Oct. 26 with driving under the influence and failure to grant right of way.

Police reported on Oct. 26 at approximately 1:56 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Porter Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dellefave was operating under the influence of alcohol. Dellefave was given a court date of Nov. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DESIRAE BRAGG, 19, of 13 Buritt Place, Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 26 with breach of peace.

Police reported on Oct. 26 at approximately 2:44 p.m. officers responded to Subway on New Haven Road for an assault. During an argument, police reported, Bragg pushed and punched the victim. Bragg was given a court date of Nov. 5 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

BETHANY TRISTAN, 37, of 477 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged Oct. 27 with driving under the influence, operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked, failure to drive in proper lane and restricted turn.

Police reported on Oct. 27 at approximately 12:12 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Tristan was operating under the influence of alcohol. Tristan was given a court date of Nov. 6 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.
