BEACON FALLS — Christopher G. Wilemski, 49, of Beacon Falls, beloved husband of Cassi Levitt Wilemski, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014 in his home after a courageous battle with cancer.
Chris was born in Bridgeport, son of Elizabeth (Betsy) Bown Wilemski and the late Gerard D. Wilemski, he was raised in Fairfield and was a graduate of Fairfield Prep, Class of 1983. Chris was a client service manager for Acuative Company. He was a 12 year resident of Beacon Falls and was a member of the Conservation Commission.
Survivors in addition to his wife and mother include his daughter, Amy Wilemski (his greatest joy); two brothers, Michael D. Wilemski and wife, Patricia, of Monroe, and Matthew J. Wilemski of Seattle, Wash.; a sister Sarah E. Wilemski of Bridgeport, and two nephews, Kevin and Brendan Wilemski.
The family would like to thank two special nurses, Carole and Nancy, for their outstanding care.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Aug. 16, at 11 a.m., meeting directly in St. Michael Church, 25 Maple Ave., Beacon Falls, with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will follow in Mountain Meadows Cemetery, Seymour. Friends may call Friday, Aug. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. in the Redgate-Hennessy Funeral Home, Main Street and Gorham Place, Trumbull.
