The Naugatuck police department reported the following arrests:

ROBERT CATON, 32, of 288 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged July 24 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 10:37 p.m. Caton was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Caton was given a court date of July 31 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 court-set surety bond.

JOSEPH GIBILISCO, 31, of 654 Woodtick Road, Waterbury, was charged July 24 with sixth-degree larceny, breach of peace and violation of probation.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 5:09 p.m. officers responded to Union City Road for a larceny complaint. Police reported Gibilisco stole mail from the victim’s mailbox. Gibilisco was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $500 surety bond.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 6 p.m. Gibilisco was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Gibilisco was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

GERALD MCCRAY, 50, of 108 Lantern Park Drive, Naugatuck, was charged July 24 with violation of probation.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 7:08 p.m. McCray was arrested on an active arrest warrant. McCray was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $50,000 surety bond.

AMANDIO ALVES, 39, of 44 Tracy Ann Court, Naugatuck, was charged July 24 with violation of probation.

Police reported on July 24 at approximately 7:45 p.m. Alves was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Alves was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.

JOSHUA STANLEY, 23, of 155 Robbins St., Waterbury, was charged July 25 with second-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on July 25 the accused was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a robbery reported on March 16, 2012 at Mountview Plaza. Police reported Stanley pointed a handgun at the victim and stole his cell phone. Stanley was given a court date of July 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $50,000 surety bond.

KEVIN MORSE, 52, of 206 North Hoadley St., Naugatuck, was charged July 25 with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

Police reported on July 25 at approximately 2:30 p.m. Morse was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife reported on July 24, 2014. During an argument, police reported, Morse pushed the victim to the ground. Morse was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

DIANE ALLEN, 47, of 77 Manners Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 25 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 25 at approximately 12:03 p.m. officers responded to 77 Manners Ave. for a domestic dispute between roommates. During an argument, police reported, Allen threw a coffee and a water bottle at the victim. Allen was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KRISTIE BRONSON, 40, of 5 Highland Circle, Naugatuck, was charged July 25 with second-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on July 25 at approximately 6 p.m. the accused turned Bronson in on an active arrest warrant. Bronson was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $250 court-set cash bond.

TIMOTHY PATCHELL, 28, of 71 School St., Naugatuck, was charged July 26 with third-degree strangulation and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on July 26 at approximately 1:46 a.m. officers responded to 71 School St. for a domestic disturbance between husband and wife. During an argument, police reported, Patchell put his hands around the victim’s neck and strangled her. Patchell was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50,000 surety bond.

DORIS MOSES, 52, of 586A Heritage Village, Southbury, was charged July 26 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on July 26 at approximately 8:37 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on North Church Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Moses was operating under the influence of alcohol. Moses was given a court date of Aug. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

KEVIN CANIANO, 23, of 16 Clark Hill Road, Prospect, was charged July 27 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on July 27 at approximately 3:51 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Sheridan Drive. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Caniano was operating under the influence of alcohol. Caniano was given a court date of Aug. 7 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DANIEL PERRELLI, 34, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 27 with second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct, threatening and interfering with an emergency call.

Police reported on July 27 officers responded to 151 Andrew Ave. Apt. 50 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Perrelli held the victim down and threatened to harm her. When the victim attempted to retrieve her phone, Perrelli “ripped it off the cord,” police reported. Perrelli was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

ANGELA BUSCIOLANO, 42, of 151 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged July 27 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

Police reported on July 27 officers responded to 151 Andrew Ave. Apt. 50 for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During the altercation, police reported, Busciolano squirted rug cleaner in Perrelli’s face. Busciolano was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

CLIFFORD ARNOLD, 42, of 5 Shore Drive, Haddam, was charged July 28 with violation of probation.

Police reported on July 28 at approximately 6:31 a.m. Arnold turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Arnold was given a court date of July 28 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $25,000 surety bond.
