The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:
MARK HANSON, 34, of 247 North Main St., Naugatuck, was charged June 12 with failure to respond to payable violation.
Police reported on June 12 at approximately 8:45 p.m. Hanson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. Hanson was given a court date of June 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $150 court-set cash bond.
TROYE JOYNER, 26, of 715 Frenchtown Road, Bridgeport, was charged June 13 with second-degree failure to appear.
Police reported on June 12 at approximately 12:02 a.m. Joyner was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Joyner was given a court date of June 13 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $400 court-set cash bond.
MICHAEL HACK, 32, of 17 Salem St., Naugatuck, was charged June 12 with second-degree assault, first-degree reckless endangerment, risk of injury to child, breach of peace, carrying a dangerous weapon and driving under the influence.

JOSHUA ZIMMERMAN, 20, of 8 Dawn Road, Waterbury, was charged June 13 with two counts of third-degree forgery, two counts of third-degree identity theft, two counts of third-degree larceny, third-degree criminal attempt at forgery and criminal attempt at identity theft.
Police reported on June 13 at approximately 9:54 a.m. Zimmerman was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Zimmerman attempted to cash several fraudulent checks from closed accounts at numerous Ion Banks, police reported. Zimmerman was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $5,000 cash bond.
DANIEL ELLIS, 28, of 234 Morning Dove Road, Naugatuck, was charged June 13 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear
Police reported on June 13 at approximately 8:56 p.m. Ellis was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Ellis was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set $10,000 surety bond.
JONATHAN SEGO, 20, of 933 Rubber Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 14 with third-degree robbery, third-degree conspiracy at robbery, second-degree reckless endangerment, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, possession of controlled substance: less than 4 ounces of marijuana, nonstudent in possession of drugs near school, high school or daycare and breach of peace.

KYLIEF BROWN, 19, of 224 York St., Brooklyn, N.Y., was charged June 15 with sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy at larceny.
Police reported on June 15 at approximately 2:19 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Brown, with an accomplice, stole $465.11 worth of merchandise, police reported. When they were approached by security they left the merchandise and drove away, police reported. They returned to the store to speak with the officer about the incident. Brown was given a court date of June 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
JAMES JARMON, 22, of 5 Highland Ave., Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with fourth-degree larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy at larceny.
Police reported on June 15 at approximately 2:19 a.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Jarmon, with an accomplice, stole $465.11 worth of merchandise, police reported. When they were approached by security they left the merchandise and drove away, police reported. They returned to the store to speak with the officer about the incident. Brown was given a court date of June 25 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.
KEVIN RUSSO, 49, of 102 Coen St., Naugatuck, was charged June 15 with evading responsibility.
Police reported on June 15 at approximately 6:45 p.m. an officer responded to 45 Spring St. for an evading motor vehicle accident. Police reported Russo struck the corner of building 39 Spring St. and did not report the accident. Russo was given a court date of June 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.
SAMANTHA CRUZ-PALARINO, 24, of 132 Pisgah Road, Oxford, was charged June 16 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.
Police reported on June 16 at approximately 12:13 a.m. officers responded to Tudor Lane for a female yelling profanities in the roadway. When the officers arrived they located Cruz-Palarino and a man in the roadway. Cruz-Palarino was advised to calm down and refrain from yelling profanities, police reported. She refused and continued her disruptive behavior, police reported. Cruz-Palarino was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
ISIAH VARGAS, 25, of 253 Lincoln St., Waterbury, was charged June 16 with criminal violation of protective order.
Police reported on June 16 at approximately 12:13 a.m. officers responded to Tudor Lane for a female yelling profanities in the roadway. When the Officers arrived they located a women and Vargas in the roadway. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Vargas was in violation of a protective order. Vargas was given a court date of June 16 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 non-surety bond.
