Graduation plans are in place for Naugatuck and Woodland Regional high schools.

Naugatuck High’s graduation will take place at 6 p.m. on June 24.

For the second year in a row NHS seniors will graduate at the Palace Theater, 100 East Main St., Waterbury, due to ongoing construction at the high school. Seniors will pick up their graduation bundles in the cafeteria at 11:30 a.m. on June 20.

Graduation rehearsal for Naugatuck High will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on June 23. Seniors will receive their tickets to graduation during the rehearsal.

On June 24 seniors will go to the auditorium at 9:30 a.m. for a final rehearsal and an awards ceremony. The senior class picture and cookout will take place immediately afterwards.

Seniors will report back to the auditorium at 4:15 p.m. in proper attire and the bus will leave for the Palace Theater at 5 p.m.

Woodland’s graduation is set for 6 p.m. on June 20 at the school in Beacon Falls. Seniors should show up by 5 p.m.

Woodland seniors will pick up their cap and gowns and four graduation tickets on June 19.

The graduation is set to take place outdoors on the courtyard. In the event of rain, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the gym.

While students are able to have an unlimited number of guests outside, only four guests per student will be allowed in the gym.

A parking attendant will be on hand at the school the day of graduation. In case the parking lots fill up, attendees will be able to park at Matthies Park and a shuttle bus will bring them to the school.
