PROSPECT — The Greater Waterbury Relay For Life will meet at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Prospect Fire House on Route 69.

Team captains or representatives can pick up their T-shirts, turn in all money raised to date and select their campsites. All luminaria bags that are purchased this year will be held in place with canned food. There will be no sand as in past years. Members are urged to bring any canned goods to be donated to a local charity.

This year’s Relay, a 24-hour event, will take place June 7 and 8 at Crosby High School track on Pierpont Road. It is not too late to register a team or volunteer for this year’s event.
