NAUGATUCK — Lucille (Trudeau) Irons, 92, passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Glendale Healthcare Center in Naugatuck. She was the wife of the late Alvin Irons.

Lucille was born on April 30, 1921 in Woonsocket, R.I. a daughter of the late Albert K. Trudeau and Leona (Boisvert) Trudeau. She retired as a hairdresser and owned her own salon for many years.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda Boisseau and her husband Norman of Prospect; three grandchildren, Michael Boisseau of Woodbury, Cheryl Haskes of Cheshire and Kristen Cicchetti of Prospect. She will also be missed by her eight great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her brother Bernard and her former husbands, Roland E. Tessier and Wilfred Perron.

The family would like to thank the staff at Glendale HCC for the care that they gave Lucille for the past six months.

The funeral will be held on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. at St. Anthony’s Roman Catholic Church, 4 Union City Road, Prospect. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will held on Monday, April 28, 2014 at St. John the Baptist Cemetery in Bellingham, Mass. Friends may call at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 26 Waterbury Road, Route 69, Prospect on Thursday evening from 5 to 7 p.m.
