The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

COREY WATTS, 25, of 1131 Stratford Ave., Bridgeport, was charged March 17 with breach of peace.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 11:14 a.m. Watts was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a disturbance call reported on May 17, 2013. Police reported Watts urinated in a parking lot and made offensive comments to the victim. Watts was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ALBERTO FERNANDES, 25, of 85 May St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 12:57 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Fernandes was operating under the influence of alcohol. Fernandes was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ADAM MASTRONUNZIO, 21, of 101 Ridge Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with second-degree unlawful restraint and breach of peace

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 3:22 p.m. officers responded to Friendly’s parking lot for a disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. During an argument, police reported, Mastronunzio pushed the victim. When they entered the victim’s vehicle, Mastronunzio would not allow the victim to exit the vehicle, police reported. Mastronunzio was given a court date of March 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

CARRIE SANNA, 32, of 75 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child, first-degree unlawful restraint and second-degree strangulation.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 9:53 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, the mother and began to fight and hit each other. Sanna was given a court date of March 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

PHILIP GUGLIOTTI, 43, of 840 Highland Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 17 with disorderly conduct, risk of injury to child, first-degree unlawful restraint.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 9:53 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance between mother and daughter. During an argument, police reported, the mother’s boyfriend, Gugliotti, intervened and grabbed the juvenile and threw her to the floor. Gugliotti was given a court date of March 18 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

MICHAEL MAROTO, 57, of 468 Candee Road, Naugatuck, was charged March 18 with disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 18 Maroto was arrested based on a domestic incident that occurred on Feb 17, 2014 in which Maroto’s wife told police he had pushed her into a wall and grabbed her arm. Maroto turned himself in on an outstanding warrant on March 18 and appeared in Waterbury Superior Court the same day.

KIMBERLY LENGYEL, 37, of 46 Beardsley Ave., Naugatuck, was charged march 18 with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal trespass. 3rd

Police reported on March 18 at approximately 6:47 p.m. officers responded to 22 Crestwood Drive for a domestic disturbance between former boyfriend and girlfriend. Police reported Lengyel arrived at the victim’s home and entered the home without permission. During an argument, police reported, Lengyel punched the victim. Lengyel left the home prior to police arrival but later arrived at the Naugatuck Police Department for questioning, police reported. Lengyel was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

LEILANI YVETTE WHITE, 20, of 23 Welles St., Waterbury, was charged March 19 with failure to respond to payable violation.

Police reported on March 19 at approximately 1:38 a.m. White was arrested on an active arrest warrant. White was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 court-set cash bond.

ANTHONY DAMATO, 65, of 349 King St., Naugatuck, was charged March 20 with unlawful discharge of firearm.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 7:40 p.m. Damato turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a weapon laws violation. Police reported on Feb. 20, 2014 St Mary’s Hospital notified the Naugatuck Police Department that Damato had accidentally shot himself in the right leg. When Damato was handling his handgun, police reported, he accidentally shot himself in the leg. Damato was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAKOTAH WILLIAMS, 20, of 54 Niagara St., Waterbury, was charged March 20 with two counts of second-degree failure to appear and three counts of first-degree failure to appear.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 6:36 a.m. Williams turned himself in on active arrest warrants. Williams was given a court date of March 20 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a court-set cash bond.

BRUCE CLARK JR., 39, of 20 Diamond St., Naugatuck, was charged March 20 with violation of probation.

Police reported on March 20 Clark was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Clark was given a court date of March 21 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $50,000 court-set surety bond.

ALEXANDER ONESCHUK, 67, of 1057 Andrew Mountain Road, Naugatuck, was charged march 20 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 20 at approximately 12:46 p.m. officers responded to Walmart for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Oneschuk ordered deli meat which he consumed while in the store without paying for it. He also stole a bic grill lighter, police reported. Oneschuk was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a promise to appear.

NAKEEM ROBINSON, 20, of 96 Aetna St., Naugatuck, was charged March 21 with fifth-degree larceny and conspiracy at fifth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 21 Robinson was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for larceny complaint made on March 17, 2014 at the YMCA. Robinson, with a male accomplice, stole the victim’s coat containing an iPhone, wallet with $240 and victim’s car keys, police reported. Robinson was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

DWAYNE NELSON, 43, of 111 Birch Lane, Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 5:45 p.m. officers responded to 53 Conrad St. 35C for a neighbor dispute. The victim confronted two men about their loud disturbing behavior. Nelson threw a beer at him, police reported. They left the area with Nelson driving, police reported. Nelson was stopped by the officer on Birch Lane. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Nelson was operating under the influence of alcohol. Nelson was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 surety bond.

VINCENT KLOC, 48, of 53 Conrad St., Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with breach of peace

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 5:45 p.m. officers responded to 53 Conrad St. 35C for a neighbor dispute. The victim confronted two men about their loud disturbing behavior. At that time, police reported, Kloc pushed the victim. They left the area and the car was stopped by the officer on Birch Lane. Kloc was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

MARK SCHILLER, 52, of 3 Vine St., Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with disorderly conduct

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 7:02 p.m. officers responded to 3 Vine St. for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, they began to fight in the home. Schiller was given a court date of March 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

JEFFREY SCHILLER, 51, of 3 Vine St., Naugatuck, was charged March 22 with disorderly conduct

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 7:02 p.m. officers responded to 3 Vine St. for a domestic disturbance between brothers. During an argument, police reported, they began to fight in the home. Schiller was given a court date of March 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

WINSTON SPENCE, 25, of 32 Farrgut St., Waterbury, was charged March 22 with illegal possession of cannabis, non-student in possession of drugs near school or day care and conspiracy at illegal sale of narcotics.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 2:51 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on School Street. The operator did not initially pull over but continued to drive to the cul-de-sac before stopping. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined three men were in possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin. Spence was given a court date of April 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

EFREM COLLINS JR., 32, of 81 Wolcott St., Waterbury, was charged March 22 with possession of less than half ounce of marijuana, non-student in possession of drugs near school or day care and conspiracy at illegal sale of narcotics.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 2:51 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on School Street. The operator, Collins, did not initially pull over but continued to drive to the cul-de-sac before stopping. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined three men were in possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin. Collins was given a court date of April 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on the motor vehicle charges on a $500 non-surety bond and a $7,500 surety bond for the criminal charges.

KENDAL WADE, 38, of 1309 North Main St., Waterbury, was charged March 22 with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, two counts of possession of controlled substance, possession of less than half ounce of marijuana, non-student in possession of drugs near school or day care, conspiracy at illegal sale of narcotics and possession with intent to sell marijuana.

Police reported on March 22 at approximately 2:51 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on School Street. The operator did not initially pull over but continued to drive to the cul-de-sac before stopping. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined three men were in possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and heroin. Wade was given a court date of April 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

CLIFFORD ARNOLD, 42, of 26 Carriage Drive, Naugatuck, was charged March 23 with improper hand signaling, failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence and illegal operation of motor vehicle under suspension.

Police reported on March 23 an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Field Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Arnold was operating under the influence of alcohol. Arnold was given a court date of April 2 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RICHARD LINDSAY, 60, of 130 Cherry St., Waterbury, was charged March 23 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 23 at approximately 1:32 a.m. officers responded to the Motor Lodge for a report of an erratic driver. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Lindsay was operating under the influence of alcohol. He was given a court date of April 3 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

GLENN MILLER, 53, of 85 Spring St., Naugatuck, was charged March 23 with sixth-degree larceny.
Police reported on March 23 at approximately 6:52 p.m. an officer responded to CVS for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Miller stole two Norelco shavers and two Remington Flex shavers with a total value of $147.96. Miller was given a court date of March 24 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $1,000 surety bond.
