The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests:

CRAIG REGALADO, 29, of 26 Chatfield St., Seymour, was charged March 10 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 8:15 p.m. Regalado turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for a larceny reported on Oct. 30. Police reported Regalado was hired to repair the victim’s vehicle. The victim paid Regalado $170 to purchase a vehicle part, police reported. Regalado never returned to repair the vehicle and did not return the money, police reported. Regalado was given a court date of March 19 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a court-set $250 cash bond.

MATTHEW CARTISANO, 19, of 111 Wooster St., was charged March 10 with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.

Police reported on March 10 at approximately 9:20 p.m. officers responded to 111 Wooster St. Unit 5C for a domestic disturbance between mother and son. During an argument, police reported, Cartisano smashed the back window of the victim’s vehicle. Cartisano was given a court date of March 11 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

PAUL FERGUSON, 36, of 62 Ferndale Ave., Waterbury, was charged March 13 with third-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 9:33 a.m. Ferguson turned himself in on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for larceny complaint made on Feb. 17, 2014. While Ferguson was employed with ICES, police reported, he made purchases through the companies credit card for personal use. The unauthorized purchases were made from Dec. 2, 2013 Jan. 29, 2014 for a total amount of $6449.06. Ferguson was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.

JULIE SCHIAVO, 27, of 18 Baldwin St., Naugatuck, was charged March 13 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 8:39 p.m. officers responded to 18 Baldwin St. for a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument both parties began to punch each other, police reported. Schiavo was given a court date of March 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

CHRISTINE ARROYO, 27, of 18 Baldwin St., Naugatuck, was charged March 13 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault

Police reported on March 13 at approximately 8:39 p.m. officers responded to 18 Baldwin St. for a domestic disturbance between roommates. During an argument both parties began to punch each other, police reported. Arroyo was given a court date of March 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 non-surety bond.

LYNN ADOMAITIS, 51, of 16 Hazel Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 14 with driving under the influence, failure to drive in proper lane, assaulting public safety/emergency personnel and interfering with an officer.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 12:12 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Hazel Avenue. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Adomaitis was operating under the influence of alcohol. Adomaitis was given a court date of March 14 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court. While being processed in the booking area of the Naugatuck Police Department, police reported, Adomaitis began kicking at one of the officers. She also repeatedly kicked the door and wall of the holding cage, police reported. The bond amount was not stated in the report.

JEANIE RAU, 42, of 109 South Main St., Beacon Falls, was charged March 14 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 14 at approximately 3:40 p.m. an officer responded to Crosspoint Plaza for a report of a suspicious person in a vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Rau was operating under the influence of alcohol. Rau was give a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

KATELYN DONONVAN, 26, of 41 Woodland St., Naugatuck, was charged March 15 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 3:53 a.m. an officer responded to Wooster Street for a suspicious vehicle. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Donovan was operating under the influence of alcohol. Donovan was give a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond.

RICHARD COTE, 46, of 425 Chesnut Tree Hill Road, Oxford, was charged March 15 with sixth-degree larceny.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 3:34 p.m. an officer responded to Rite-Aid for a shoplifting complaint. Police reported Cote stole two oximeter/pedometers valued at $99.98. Cote was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

EDVANDO BARBOSA, 42, of 140 Irving St., Naugatuck, was charged March 15 with driving under the influence, restricted turn, failure to drive in proper lane and traffic violation.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 11:03 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Maple Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Barbosa was operating under the influence of alcohol. Barbosa was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

RENEE BARABASZ, 30, of 118 Andrew Ave., Naugatuck, was charged March 15 with driving under the influence and stop sign violation.

Police reported on March 15 at approximately 11:52 p.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on City Hill Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Barabasz was operating under the influence of alcohol. Barabasz was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

MILES TEMPLE, 38, of 36 Old Farms Road, Litchfield, was charged March 16 with driving under the influence and operation of motor vehicle when registration or license is refused, suspended or revoked.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 12:34 a.m. an officer investigated a suspicious vehicle on Meadow Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Temple was operating under the influence of alcohol. Temple was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

DAVID SMITH, 41, of 11 Burnham St., Terryville, was charged March 16 with driving under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 1:13 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Spring Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Smith was operating under the influence of alcohol. Smith was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

ZACHARY J. DREHER, 22, of 282 Field St., Naugatuck, was charged March 16 with driving under the influence and failure to keep right.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 1:34 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Dreher was operating under the influence of alcohol. Dreher was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

SATIN TYSON, 20, of 14 Lester St., Ansonia, was charged March 16 with breach of peace.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 2:10 a.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck Motor Lodge for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. The parties arguing disturbed neighboring rooms, police reported. Tyson was given a court date of March 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $500 non-surety bond.

TIMOTHY BUICE, 30, of 3 Little Green Court, New Haven, was charged March 16 with breach of peace, possession of controlled substance and narcotic kept only in original container.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 2:10 a.m. officers responded to the Naugatuck Motor Lodge for a domestic disturbance between boyfriend and girlfriend. The parties arguing disturbed neighboring rooms, police reported. During the investigation, police reported it was determined Buice was in possession of Oxycodone and a powder form of MDMA. Buice was given a court date of March 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

NICOLE PONGONIS, 46, of 100 City Hill St., Naugatuck, was charged March 16 with failure to respond to infraction.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 4 p.m. Pongonis was arrested on an active arrest warrant. Pongonis was given a court date of March 17 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and held on a $150 court-set cash bond.

JASON ANGLIS, 38, of 44 Warren Drive, East Hartford, was charged March 16 with failure to have a home improvement contractor’s registration.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 5:35 p.m. Anglis was arrested on an active arrest warrant. The warrant was for larceny reported on July 25, 2013. Police reported Anglis owns a business that took a $5,000 deposit from the victim to do work on the victim’s home. Anglis never started the construction project, police reported. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Anglis did not have a home improvement contractor’s registration. Anglis was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $1,000cash bond.

ROBERT OLOFSON, 23, of 97 Maple St., Seymour, was charged March 16 with sixth-degree larceny and obtaining drugs illegally.

Police reported on March 16 at approximately 8:10 p.m. officers responded to Curtiss Street for a larceny complaint. Police reported Olofson stole prescription medication from a family member. Olofson was given a court date of March 26 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

ALBERTO FERNANDES, 25, of 85 May St., Naugatuck, was charged March 17 with driving under the influence.

Police reported on March 17 at approximately 12:57 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on South Main Street. During the investigation, police reported, it was determined Fernandes was operating under the influence of alcohol. Fernandes was given a court date of March 27 to appear at Waterbury Superior Court and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.
