Notes

Naugatuck voters will also be voting six proposed revisions to the Town Charter, including changing the length of the mayor’s term from two to four years, changing the municipal election from May to November, reducing the percentage of signatures needed to force a second and third referendum on the budget, and making the town clerk position appointed rather than elected.
