Republican Lezlye Zupkus recently received several additional endorsements in her bid for the state House of Representatives.
The Realtors Association of Connecticut, The National Rifle Association (NRA), Connecticut Business & Industry Association (CBIA) and The Family Institute of Connecticut have endorsed Zupkus, according to a release issued by her campaign.
“Lezlye’s listing of endorsements clearly shows that she understands the many diverse needs of her constituents and the business needs of Connecticut. She will truly provide a positive change to how government is being run in Hartford,” said Robert Hiscox, Zupkus’ campaign spokesman in the release.
Zupkus, of Prospect, is challenging Democrat state Rep. Vickie Nardello for the state House seat in the 89th District, which covers Prospect, Bethany, and a portion of Cheshire.
