Loading ...Assessor’s Office issues reminder to file declarations
BEACON FALLS — The Assessor’s Office issued a reminder to all businesses and personal property owners that they are required to file a declaration of taxable property with the office before Nov. 1.
Any new business must notify the office of their proper mailing address or pick up a declaration from the office. Any personal property owner who doesn’t submit the forms will face a 25 percent penalty.
