MIDDLEBURY — Naugatuck VFW Post 1946 and its Ladies and Men’s Auxiliaries are sponsoring a send off party for local residents that will be deployed to the Middle East over the next few months.
The event will be held July 22 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Meadow Pavilion at Hop Brook Lake in Middlebury. The party features a pig roast and BBQ. Tickets bought before July 10 are $10 and $15 after July 10. A $4 parking fee per vehicle is assessed by the Army Corps of Engineers.
