HARTFORD — Naugatuck resident Kelley Santopietro joined home care agency VNA HealthCare, a Hartford HealthCare partner, as a provider relations liaison.
“We are excited to have Kelley join VNA HealthCare. As a provider relations liaison in the central Connecticut region, she will call on physicians to show how our agency can help their patients toward better health,” stated Andrew Eaves, vice president of marketing, said in a news release.
Santopietro was marketing and admissions director with HealthBridge Management’s Newington Health Center prior to joining VNA HealthCare.
