Naugatuck Mayor Robert Mezzo, right, recently welcomed Dr. Victor Chueng to the borough. Chueng, a graduate of Columbia University Dental School, is the owner of the Connecticut Center for Restorative Dentistry on Water Street, an office he bought last year. ‘Being welcomed by Mayor Mezzo is an honor.
