Students and staff from Laurel Ledge School in Beacon Falls greet firefighters and emergency personnel as they pull up to the school recently. As part of their American Heritage themed scouting month, the scouts explored sites in Boston that have tremendous significance in the birth of the nation including the Boston commons and the site of the Boston Massacre.
