Naugatuck’s Sedlock earns military commission

Naugatuck resident Jason W. Sedlock was recently commissioned as a 2nd lieutenant in the U.S. Marine Corp.

Sedlock graduated officer candidate school in August 2009 at Quantico, Va. He will be based there for tactical training, followed by two years of flight school in Pensacola, Fla.

Sedlock graduated from Naugatuck High School in 2002 and earned bachelor degrees in criminal justice and psychology at Sacred Heart University. In May, he earned a master’s degree in public administration from John Jay College in New York City.
