Loading ...Letter: Flood was borough’s fault
To the editor,
I had 7 feet of water in the cellar, $13,000 in damage. The very reason I had this flood is the town neglected to clear the culvert at Brook Street and Cold Spring Circle of trees and branches that blocked the bridge.
The town rulers refuse to help me or even admit their negligence caused my flooding. The trees are still in my lawn, along with much other debris.
