Appeals will be heard on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS:Saturday, September 27, 20149AM to 12PMAndWednesday, September 30, 20146PM to 9PMBorough of Naugatuck Town Hall, Assessor’s Office, 3rd FloorPersons appealing their assessments must bring all documentation supporting their appeal to the hearing. The 2013 mill rate has not been set and as a result, Motor Vehicle bills have not been mailed yet. You can obtain your motor vehicle assessment on the Assessors page by going to the town website www.Naugatuck-ct.gov, click on Departments, Assessor, then scroll down to the link for Motor Vehicles Comparison of Grand List values 06/04/2014. If there is no assessed value listed for your vehicle, please call the Assessor’s Office at 203-720-7016.Additional dates and times will be added to the above schedule of meetings if necessary.
