The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests: GREGORY VIA, 43, of 31 Chandler Drive, Prospect, was charged Jan. 22 with larceny in the sixth degree. Police reported on Jan. 22 at 3:56 a.m. state police were holding Via on an active arrest warrant. Via was transported to the Naugatuck Police Department for processing.... »
