Two Prospect men and two Naugatuck men have been charged with possessing child pornography in separate investigations that began with information developed by Naugatuck detectives. The Naugatuck Police Department reported the following arrests: ROSEANN LONGOBARDI, 61, of151 Shelter Rock Road, Danbury, was charged with larceny in the sixth degree.
